Sullivan is "small town America" and we are proud of it.  With a population of 4263, Sullivan is the county seat for one of the smallest counties in Illinois, Moultrie.  Don't let our agricultural surroundings fool you into thinking we are just a farm community.  Yes, farming is a big part of who we are, but there is so much more.
